Tour summary

• Product: Celtic Viking Tours, 2-day / 1-night Wicklow camping trip.
• Base: Wicklow Way Camping, Oldbridge area, County Wicklow.
• Accommodation style: hut-style tents, planned to sleep up to four guests per tent.
• Public guide price: EUR 450 per person.

What is confirmed before booking

Before a booking is treated as confirmed, guests will be told the date, meeting arrangements, what is included, what is not included, payment timing, cancellation terms, and any weather or campsite notes relevant to that departure.

Guest responsibilities

• Arrange suitable personal travel insurance or complete the uninsured participant declaration.
• Read the insurance guidance, risk acknowledgement, and safety notes.
• Tell us about health, access, mobility, dietary, or medication needs before arrival.
• Bring suitable clothing and footwear for Wicklow outdoor conditions.
• Respect campsite rules, heritage sites, other guests, local people, and the natural environment.

Changes and weather

The route may change because of weather, ground conditions, access restrictions, campsite requirements, public site restrictions, or group needs. If this happens, the tour will keep as close as reasonably possible to the spirit of the trip.

Insurance and liability

Guests are responsible for personal travel insurance and personal belongings. Celtic Viking Tours is not responsible for costs, losses, delays, injury, or disruption caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
